    Together we choose the service modules that make sense for your business. You see how each one is delivered and what to expect every week and every month. Every deliverable and its monthly fee are written down before you sign anything.

    We put your new accounting processes in place on a set schedule, scoped to the modules you chose. A restaurant chart of accounts by location. Point-of-sale and bank feeds. Payroll and payables workflows with your approvals built in. We deliver the first clean close.

We charge a flat monthly fee based on the service modules you chose, so you know exactly what to budget for. CFO Advisory projects are scoped and quoted separately, also in writing, before they start. No hidden fees and no surprises.
